Our Story
In a transformative collaboration, seasoned architects Jonathan Peri and Blanch Hollander from Peri-Hollander Architects and innovative Architect Meyzi Hezkia and her office's team, united their expertise to develop a joint venture of planning architectural projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life for older adults and fostering intergenerational connections. By blending Peri-Hollander’s extensive knowledge of accessibility and traditional design elements with Meyzi’s modern aesthetics and technological innovations, they created a vibrant mixed-use spaces featuring housing, medical facilities, and social areas. Their successful partnership exemplified the power of merging experience with fresh perspectives, ultimately resulting in a thriving community that engages people of all ages while addressing the unique needs of the "Third Age."
